Rubber R&D
The focus is on enhancing the mechanical, thermal, and environmental resistance of rubber compounds, ensuring color stability, and improving process efficiency.
Plastic R&D
We develop compound solutions with either virgin or high-recycled-content materials for commercial and engineering plastics. Thanks to optimized combinations of fillers, additives, and stabilizers, the cost-performance balance is taken to the highest level.
State-of-the-art Laboratory
Efachem Laboratory has an integrated analytical infrastructure capable of conducting both testing and validation processes for rubber and plastic compounds.
For rubber, tests such as DMA, viscosity, rheometry, tensile strength, hardness, tear strength, and aging tests are conducted, while for plastics, tests such as DSC, TGA, FTIR, and mechanical and physical tests are performed.
Thanks to this advanced system, all formulations developed for different material groups are monitored and validated against common standards for performance, stability, and quality.

Efachem Rubber Compound and Injection Solutions
EPDM-based technical component solutions developed for the home appliance, automotive, and construction industries are designed with a focus on long service life, surface stability, and production repeatability.
Efachem Compound Solutions with Recycled PP
Compounds based on recycled PP and PE, along with PA and ABS derivatives, offer high mechanical strength through combinations of flame retardants (FR), UV stabilizers, and fillers. This series transforms recycled raw materials into industrial-grade materials and adds value to the sustainable production chain.
